Parichita Kotnala is a global HR leader and learning facilitator with 15 years of strategic human resources experience across multinational organisations. Throughout her corporate career, she has partnered with leaders and teams across India, the United Kingdom, Europe, the United States and Canada. Her expertise spans leadership development, talent and performance management, employee engagement, organisational culture, change management, inclusion and workplace capability building.
A graduate of the University of Delhi, Parichita is also an alumna of XLRI – Xavier School of Management and the Indian Society for Training & Development (ISTD), with a Diploma in Training and Development recognised by the Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT), Government of India.
She is an internationally certified PoSH and POCSO Educator and Trainer. She is also a certified soft-skills trainer through LifeLabs Learning, USA, and a certified Workplace Mental Health and Wellbeing Trainer, with specialised training in Adult Mental Health First Aid from MHFA England.
