CPD Member — The CPD Certification Service

Levitate PeopleSoft is a recognised CPD Provider, with eligible programmes offering approved CPD hours and participant certificates.

Why this certification

Four reasons it costs what it costs

20 + 5 hours

Twenty live, applied hours — long enough to practise facilitating rather than to be told about inclusion — plus five hours of guided LMS. Thirteen modules, from the global landscape through to running the room.

The BRIDGE Framework

Bias visible, respectful language, inclusive decisions, dialogue over debate, growing belonging, everyday allyship. A structure to facilitate with, not a slide to admire.

Earn SHRM Certificate with applicable PDC's

Levitate PeopleSoft is a SHRM Recertification Provider. The programme earns Professional Development Credits toward SHRM-CP® and SHRM-SCP® recertification.

The founder teaches it

Every session is led by Parichita Kotnala — 15+ years of global HR across India, the UK, Europe, the US and Canada, not a rotating panel.

Workplace cases, reflective activities, practical tools, role-plays, learning design and facilitation practice.

Participants use two lenses throughout:
“What am I learning?”
“How would I facilitate this learning?”
After the certification

What the certification opens up

It is a facilitator certification, so what it changes is what you can be asked to do:

Design and deliver DEIB learning that lands as behaviour rather than as a policy briefing
Facilitate identity-sensitive conversations, disagreement and hot moments without losing the room
Interrupt bias, stereotypes and microaggressions in everyday decisions and communication — and teach others to
Apply an inclusion lens across the employee lifecycle, DEIB strategy, governance and measurement
Lead an ERG or inclusion council with something more durable than good intentions
Carry a verifiable certificate ID and the PDCs on your professional profile
What you receive

Two certificates on completion

SHRM Certificate of Completion
Issued with the PDCs earned toward SHRM-CP® and SHRM-SCP® recertification.
Levitate PeopleSoft Certificate of Training Completion
Carries a verifiable certificate ID, the completion date and the programme hours.

Frequently asked questions
What is the Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging Facilitator Program TTT?

It is a 20 + 5 hour applied Train-the-Trainer certification anchored in the BRIDGE Inclusion Framework, built to translate inclusion from concept into everyday workplace behaviour.

It is a facilitator certification rather than an awareness course: as much of it is about designing and running DEIB sessions as about the content of them.

Who should attend?

HR and L&D professionals; DEIB, culture and employee-experience professionals; people managers and inclusive leaders; workplace trainers and facilitators; HR consultants and independent professionals; aspiring DEIB facilitators; and new trainers, freelance or corporate.

When does the next batch run?

The batch starts 10 October, live online, across 20 + 5 learning hours — twenty live and five in the guided LMS — and thirteen modules. Live sessions run 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM.

What is the BRIDGE Inclusion Framework?

The structure the programme facilitates with: Bias visible, Respectful language, Inclusive decisions, Dialogue over debate, Growing belonging, Everyday allyship.

It exists to give a facilitator something to hold on to in a live room — when a conversation turns difficult, it tells you which move you are making and why.

What does the curriculum cover?

Thirteen modules: DEIB foundations and the global inclusion landscape; identity, intersectionality, privilege and power; bias, stereotypes and inclusive decision-making; inclusive communication, microaggressions and constructive dialogue; dimensions of diversity and intersectional inclusion; cultural intelligence; psychological safety, belonging and inclusive teams; allyship, bystander intervention and inclusive leadership; the inclusive employee lifecycle and organisational DEIB; designing powerful DEIB learning experiences; facilitating sensitive and difficult conversations; managing resistance, hot moments and challenging questions; and case facilitation, debriefing and audience adaptation.

Do I need a DEIB background to enrol?

No. The programme builds the concepts from the ground up and then spends its time on application — designing sessions, handling resistance and facilitating conversations across difference.

What certificate do I receive?

Two: a Levitate PeopleSoft Certificate of Training Completion carrying a verifiable certificate ID, the completion date and the programme hours, and a SHRM Certificate of Completion showing the Professional Development Credits earned toward SHRM-CP® and SHRM-SCP® recertification.

Levitate PeopleSoft is a SHRM Recertification Provider and a CPD-accredited, ISO 9001:2026 certified organisation.

What do I get to run my own sessions?

A trainer toolkit: presentation deck, case studies, templates, facilitation guides and session plans, alongside dedicated LMS access with recorded sessions, module resources, downloadable templates and knowledge checks.

Can my organisation enrol a group?

Yes. Group and in-house cohorts are arranged directly — write to contactus@levitatepeoplesoft.com or message us on WhatsApp and we will set it up.

Also running: PoSH & Workplace Dignity

The PoSH Train-the-Trainer certification starts 3 October — fifteen learning hours across three weekends. Ask us about taking both.
